RAS Packaging was started in 2016 in Sonipat with an advanced, vertically integrated manufacturing unit with a covered area of more than 1.20 Lac Sq. Ft.. Our plant is fully capable of handling high volume B2B supply chains, as all the latest models of extruder machines, modern printing lines, multi-layer laminators and special converting units are in place.

With the experience of a competent team of management led by Mr. Ayush Goel (IIP / Indian Institute of Packaging alum), and the Director Mr. Ajay Kumar Goel, we bring scientific know-how and strict quality checks to the industry leaders.

  • Custom Load & Mesh Specs: Designed to deliver exceptional drop performance, high resistance to bursts and heavy industrial load handling.

  • Rotogravure & Flexo Printing: Multi-color high-definition printing that transforms outer packaging into a strong brand advertising medium.
  • Anti-Counterfeiting: High precision print technologies developed to minimize duplicate/fake packaging for seeds and rice, fertilizers and confectionery.

  • PP/LDPE & Solventless Lamination: Lamination of two, or more substrates using hot-melt polymer materials applied through specialized dies.
  • Substrate Matrix: BOPP Film, Kraft Paper (1-ply & sandwiched), Polyester Laminates, HDPE/PP Woven Fabrics, Poly-coated Glassine Paper and Poster Papers.
  • Rotogravure Pouches: Multi-layer barrier pouching (up to 5-ply construction) for moisture-sensitive, and high barrier scenario.

  • PE Loose Liner Integration: Zero-leakage powder containment by automated liner (ldpe / lldpe / hdpe) installation in narrow film.
  • HDPE Woven Sacks with Paper: These are woven fabrics which are specially designed to feed automatically on a cutting and stitching machine along with paper.
